It’s no surprise that we as Black and brown people experience a different level of stress, so I created this space specifically for us to normalize self and collective care, while learning how to manage our stress in more holistic and mindful ways.
With over 15 years of experience in the wellness industry, I tap into my background in physiology, psychology, and mindfulness to create offerings that soothe the nervous system, relax the mind, and help you to feel more chill and at ease.
