All of our offerings are designed to help you slow down, tune in, and stimulate the parasympathetic nervous system, creating a deep relaxation response in body and mind.
The calming styles of yoga we offer are a nice complement to more active yoga styles and exercise regimens (as well as our busy lives). Click the arrows below to learn more about each style.

A receptive floor-based practice rooted in stillness. Each pose is held for 3-5 minutes, allowing time and gravity to dissolve tension in muscles and deeper connective tissues (ligaments, tendons, and joints).
Yin yoga easefully increases flexibility and mobility, especially in the hips, shoulders, and spine.

A nurturing floor-based practice to relax and reset. Props such as bolsters, blankets and yoga blocks support your body as you rest in each pose for up to 10 minutes.
This practice improves sleep and enhances mental and emotional well-being.

Gently awaken strength, energy, and flexibility as you slowly move through various standing and seated poses. Movements are synchronized with breath, creating a meditative flow suitable for all experience levels.

Known as “yogic sleep”, this practice uses verbal cues to ease you into a relaxed, dream-like state. Perfect for all levels, Yoga Nidra helps you to release negative thought patterns, muscle tension, and anxiety.
