Join us in celebrating Women's History Month with an intimate workshop to deepen your self-love as you connect with your body the way it is right now. Integrating various yoga styles, meditation, and community connection, this session invites you to extend your body grace and compassion as you develop a more loving and nurturing relationship with yourself.
Guided by Nikki Lawrence, this workshop creates space for us to move further towards loving ourselves as is. We'll get honest about the current status of our relationship with our bodies and identify things we can release and cultivate to support us on this journey. Combining breathwork, meditation, journaling, slow Vinyasa flows, and restorative poses, this class invites a deeper connection to the body through the healing powers of community and rest.
Suitable for all levels, no prior yoga or meditation experience necessary.
