In honor of Mental Health Awareness Month, join us in reclaiming a sense of balance through the soothing effects of rest and conscious relaxation.

Each rest session centers a specific theme to gently ease the nervous system, allowing you to arrive to a more peaceful state. With each session building upon the last, this series intentionally blends subtle healing practices that are accessible to all:

  • Pranayama (breathing techniques) to calm your mind and encourage internal energy flow

  • Restorative yoga to nurture your body, soften muscle tension, and comfort your nervous system through a series of supported floor postures

With a focus on compassionate self-awareness and ease, this is an opportunity to slow down, rest deeply, and relax into a in a mind state that is more open and flexible to life's experiences.
